RETURN POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Our top priority is to provide the best possible service to our customers.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange unless otherwise noted.  All returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels and or unwashed/unworn. Items can be returned up to 60 days from the purchase date.  The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise.  Items that are returned more than 60 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE RETURNS

If you receive an item that is incorrect or is defective, please call or email Customer Service at customerservice@baseballhall.org or 877-290-1300 for further instructions.  Items returned more than 60 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.

GIFT RETURNS

Items that were purchased as a gift may be exchanged up to 60 days from the purchase date for an exchange or credit to original form of payment.  The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise.  Gift items returned after 60 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIP ITEM RETURNS

Direct-ship items that are shipping directly from the manufacturer may be returned up to 60 days from the purchase date for an exchange or credit to original form of payment.  The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise, unless the item was incorrect or is defective, in which case please call or email Customer Service for further instructions at customerservice@baseballhall.org or 877-290-1300.  Items returned after 60 days will not be will not be accepted.

CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns of customized or personalized items will not be accepted and sales are final. In the event of special circumstances, please call 877-290-1300 for more information.
