Thumbs up for 1954 NYG World Champions Charcoal Grey T Shirt
Sep 11th 2024Later this month I plan to order a 1954 Men's Mitchell & Ness NYG World Champions T-Shirt. They won the September 29, 1954, World Series Game One on a game-saving catch by Willie Mays, vs Cleveland, at the Polo Grounds. Ruben Gomez, who I later knew personally, won Game Three, at Cleveland's Municipal Stadium, on October 1, 1954, nearly 70 years ago. Ruben was the first pitcher from Puerto Rico to start and win, a Fall Classic contest. I was born in 1954. This T-Shirt has an attractive look plus sentimental value to yours truly.
