Playing his entire 20-year career with the Milwaukee Brewers, Young collected more hits in the 1980s than any other player, finishing his career with 3,142. An everyday major leaguer at age 18, Yount earned two American League Most Valuable Player awards (1982 at shortstop and 1989 in centerfield). In 1982, Yount led the Brewers to the World Series.
