The Minor League Card - a growing baseball collectible!  A "pre-rookie" card of  Pedro Martinez before he became an MLB star player including the deluxe one-touch magnetic acrylic holder.  This holder is ultra clear, has frosted edges, diamond corner spaces, UV protected and protects your card with a magnetic closure.  Card pictured is an example of the card you will recieve.  All minor league cards are in near mint to mint condition.

Player Biography
Pedro Martinez won three Cy Young Awards (1997, 1999-2000) and five earned-run average titles en route to becoming the second native of the Dominican Republic to be elected to the Hall of Fame. With a blazing fastball and knee-buckling change-up, Martinez led his league in strikeouts three times, earning eight All-Star Game selections. In seven seasons with the Red Sox, Martinez was 117-37 with a 2.52 ERA, helping Boston end an 86-year drought by winning Game 3 of the 2004 World Series that the Red Sox went on to sweep. He is the only pitcher in history with at least 3,000 strikeouts (3,154) with fewer than 3,000 innings pitched (2,827.1).
