RETURN POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Our top priority is to provide the best possible service to our customers.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund, exchange or store credit unless otherwise noted.  All returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Items can be returned up to 180 days from the purchase date.  If an item is returned less than 60 days from the date of purchase you will receive a refund for the cost of the item, exchange or store credit.  If an item is returned after 60 days, but less than 180 days from the date of purchase you will be provided with a store credit only.  The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise.  Items that are returned more than 180 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE RETURNS

If you receive an item that is incorrect or is defective, you may return the item up to 180 days from the purchase date.  If an item is returned less than 60 days from the date of purchase you will receive a refund for the cost of the item, an exchange or store credit.  If an item is returned after 60 days, but less than 180 days from the date of purchase you will be provided with a store credit only.  The Baseball Hall of Fame will credit your account for any shipping costs incurred to return incorrect or defective merchandise.  Items returned more than 180 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.

GIFT RETURNS

Items that were purchased as a gift may be exchanged up to 180 days from the purchase date for a store credit only.  The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise.  Gift items returned after 180 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

DROP SHIP ITEM RETURNS

Drop-ship items that are shipping directly from the manufacturer may be returned up to 60 days from the purchase date for an exchange or store credit only.  The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return the merchandise, unless the item was incorrect or is defective, in which case the Baseball Hall of Fame will cover any shipping costs incurred.  Items returned after 60 days will not be will not be accepted.

CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURNS

Returns of customized or personalized items will not be accepted under any circumstances.  All customized or personalized product sales are final.
